About this tour
Just 15 minutes north of Tulum, Cenotes Casa Tortuga is a private natural park where you swim through five different cenotes in a single guided visit — three open and two semi-open — with crystal-clear water, jungle all around, turtles, tropical fish and thousand-year-old rock formations. The guided circuit lasts between 1 hour 40 minutes and 2 hours with a certified guide, and it is perfect for families, first-time cenote visitors and non-swimmers: life jackets are included and guided departures run continuously, so you wait no more than 15 minutes to set off. After the circuit, enjoy free time swimming in an open cenote.
Your MeetPlaya experience is 100% private from door to door: we pick you up at your hotel or vacation rental anywhere from Cancún to Tulum in a Chevrolet Suburban (up to 6 passengers) or Toyota HiAce (10 passengers with luggage, up to 14 without), and bring you straight back when you are ready — no bus stops, no strangers. What to Bring on Your Tour
- Swimsuit — wear it under your clothes, you'll be in the water right away
- Towel and a change of dry clothes for the ride back
- Biodegradable sunscreen only — regular sunscreen is not allowed in the cenotes
- Water shoes or sandals for the jungle trails
- Waterproof camera or GoPro — the water clarity is worth it

Private pickup
We pick you up at your hotel or vacation rental — Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Akumal or Tulum.
Welcome at the park
Check-in, safety briefing and life-jacket fitting. Guided departures leave continuously — you wait 15 minutes at most.
Guided 5-cenote circuit
Swim through 3 open and 2 semi-open cenotes with a certified guide (1 h 40 min – 2 h): turtles, fish, jump platforms, stalactites and light beams.
Your pass, your extras
Depending on your pass: Río Tortuga, zipline and/or Carey Menu meal. Optional Tortuga Xtreme ATV ride with private Cenote Nai Toh.
Free time in an open cenote
Keep swimming, relax or grab lunch at the park restaurants.
